I spent over three years as a listing agent for a national builder, selling nearly 80 new construction homes and gaining in-depth expertise that few agents have. I later transitioned to working with buyers and sellers in the existing home market, bringing another three years of experience guiding families through market timing, move-up strategies, and complex transactions. With experience on both the builder and traditional sides, I help clients evaluate all their options with clarity and confidence.
