The advice provided for home prep, staging, strategy to market, and final negotiations were beyond what we had expected. We were lucky enough to sell our home off market at the rate we wanted in a very smooth transaction. When it came to the search for a next home, we weren't set on new construction. After further conversations and refining our priority list, she helped provide her experience with different builders to make an educated decision and target our search. Throughout the process, she helped us negotiate a better sales price, attended onsite meetings to help us understand what to look out for and even helped with communications after the sale when we were struggling with escrow and warranty items.
