My wife and I recently closed on a home in September and Thea was our realtor. We toured a couple houses with her early in the year, and she helped us figure out that a new construction would work best for us based on our needs and interests. We ended up purchasing a new construction home to be built from scratch, and Thea was with us every step of the way. We had some small problems and one serious issue with our builder. Essentially, there was a problem with the home that had been identified back in June and they continuously made excuses and dragged their feet instead of fixing the problem. Thea was incredible. My wife and I didn't have to do a thing, because she pushed and pushed and finally got the builder to fix the problem. We have been in the house almost a month now, and we love it. Seriously though, I don't think we could have gotten through this process without Thea. In addition to her helping us resolve our problem with the builder, she was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. We did not know much about the home buyer or home building process coming into it, but she took as much time as needed to answer or questions and help us understand the process. Her communication was great, and I highly recommend using Thea if you are looking to purchase a home!

I wish business was always like my experience in selling my home. My neighbor sold their home through Kelly Brownhomes. We met with Thea Velic.
Our first meeting and impression with Thea was casual and stressless. She simplified the process, laid out a plan.
We told her we wanted the sale to be low keyed and no for sale sign in front of the house.
After she estimated the selling price for our home, we agreed. Thea then started the plan in motion.
