Can I give 10 stars? Thea is hands down the best service professional we have ever worked with. She is a clear communicator, trustworthy, organized, well connected, and incredibly professional. We worked with her to sell our home and buy with new construction. She set us up with her team to help us prep for market. The advice provided for home prep, staging, strategy to market, and final negotiations were beyond what we had expected. We were lucky enough to sell our home off market at the rate we wanted in a very smooth transaction. When it came to the search for a next home, we weren't set on new construction. After further conversations and refining our priority list, she helped provide her experience with different builders to make an educated decision and target our search. Throughout the process, she helped us negotiate a better sales price, attended onsite meetings to help us understand what to look out for and even helped with communications after the sale when we were struggling with escrow and warranty items. Her team and network of other professionals have been excellent to work with and you can tell she is highly respected in the industry. Truly, you will love working with her.
